INSIDER TIP:  Since I need childcare, I booked my Spa Week visit at my gym, Lifetime Fitness Spa.  YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO BOOK A SPA SERVICE AND THEY OFFER 2 HOURS OF FREE CHILDCARE FOR SPA SERVICES.

Lifetime Fitness has locations in Rockville, Fairfax, Sterling and Centreville, VA.   The FREE childcare is also offered for all spa services outside of Spa Week as well.  NOTE, if your child is under the age of 1 you need to call the childcare center to book a time as they have a dedicated infant room, etc. This can be done up to 48 hours in advance.  Now there are no excuses!! Go pamper yourself!!! Appointments go quickly.  Find your favorite spa or scroll through the list and try a venue that you have been curious about.  My favorite is a fabulous facial with Judy @ Lifetime Centreville.
