Fair Lakes FallFest: Free Family Fun!

“In this sprawling Northern Virginia area, it’s refreshing to be a part of an event that feels community driven and home grown.  Fallfest still has the feel of a small town fair – complete with local quartets, strolling entertainers and area mascots.  We have a petting zoo, reptile show and local retailers present.  Kids love that each of our vendors offer some sort of tie-in for kids.  This year we’ve added a kids' DJ, Captain Jack Sparrow impersonator,  tumbling area and more festival food, from ice cream to fried cheesecake, to round out the offerings for everyone.”

Bring the whole family for FAIR LAKES FALLFEST THIS Saturday, September 28th, 1pm -4pm.  This FREE, family event is full of fun activities and entertainment for all ages.  Event festivities include a Living Rainforest Live Animal Show (1pm show) featuring the humorous Dexter the Lemur and his Boa, Iguana and Mccaw friends, Petting Zoo, FallFest Train Rides, Live Performances and Entertainment including Ronald McDonald's Go Active Show (3pm), Costumed Characters including Captain Jack Sparrow and area mascots, quartets, dance troupes, balloon twisters, Great Pumpkin Bounce House and Inflatable Fun Slides, Themed Carnival Games, Professional Face Painting, Fire Department & Police Vehicle Tours/Meet & Greets, Tasty Food, Interactive Community Booths with Giveaways and more!
