by MicaelaSince launching our book Kid Trips Northern Virginia: Your Family's Guide to Local Fun, one of the questions we get asked the most by readers and reporters is, "Which version of Kid Trips is better, paperback or ebook?" We decided to take matters into our own hands as two of our authors, Claudine and Micaela, weigh in on their favorite choices. "Even though we were originally going to launch as just an ebook, when I saw the paperback, I fell in love with it," says author Claudine Kurp. "I envision it in every local parent's to-go bag and want it to be a book that grows with families from infant to the teenage years." Claudine also adds that she wants parents to "scope out the book while their kids are asleep at night to plan weekend outings." She's excited for our upcoming book signings and distribution of the paperback book in local stores. Micaela says, "I love the paperback, but the e-book contains live links. We live in a digital age, and with the Kid Trips ebook, parents can read about a really cool venue, click on the link, find out about upcoming programs, and get directions. It's fast and convenient for modern parents." Which Kid Trips version is right for you? Paperback, ebook, or perhaps even both?
